Developing and creating things is a well-known quality of mankind. People have been creating numerous things since ancient times. Cars, airplanes, phones etc are all the results of hard work, persistence and most importantly; imagination. That's all it takes! An idea, a small seed sown into the mind of someone which eventually leads to something evolutionary. Though not all ideas bear fruits, the few on which people work on with all of their focus, ends up giving satisfying results.

Everyone needs to know how to keep themselves motivated, for an idea alone is never enough to achieve something. People get hundreds of ideas everyday, some spark a curiosity within the soul and some just leave your mind as soon as they come. Deciding to pursue an idea is one thing but to keep up with it is a completely different thing. People lose interest, they give up, lose motivation or usually tend to get bored by their personal projects which leads to them abandoning it.

In the same way, I started writing my first novel at the age of 12 and dropped the project by next year. Not because I lost interest, but simply because I didn't think my work was 'good enough' to be published on any platform. I soon realized that I was wrong, for my work was never going to become 'Perfect', simply because nothing is perfect. So after 3 years, I finally gathered enough courage to pursue my passion again, this time after gaining a little bit of experience.

Although I still don't consider my work to be 'Good enough' yet, I have come to terms with accepting myself the way I am, with all my flaws and imperfections. And after thinking a lot, I decided to create a platform where I could publish my work for the world to see and hence, this is how "Mystical Minds" came into existence. Now, I am pretty sure I won't ever give up writing for this is my safe haven which brings me inner peace and a sense of security. However, due to some personal reasons, I would like to keep my real name private for now. Hopefully that won't affect the way you view my work.

I try to convey my ideas and thoughts through the means of poetry, quotes, articles or videos. Moreover, I know everybody won't be able to relate to my work but I hope you all will at least enjoy reading it for everything on this platform has been written with utmost care and love. It's a great deal for me to put my work up for the world to see. I hope there are other people out there who will relate to it and might even get courage to accept and embrace their true selves.

 

Also, I would love to read your comments and suggestions on whether you find my work to be worth your time or what kind of poems and articles you would wish for me to write in future. Any types of comments are welcome however hate speeches and abusive language is forbidden. If anyone wishes to share his or her work (in field of literature) then they are welcome to! You can easily share your work through the 'Submit your creativity' section. I would love to hear from you all!

Another important thing I would like to tell you all is that I don't allow any form of copying, re-posting or translation of my work unless specifically permitted by me. It's a crime and really moral-less in my opinion to take the credit for someone else's hard-work. So please, it's my humble request to all of you to please refrain from doing so. However, you are free to share my work with your fellow friends or family, as long as you mention my name there and give me the rightful credits :)  Also, the pictures, images and background music I use for my poetry are taken from various sites providing royalty free pictures and music and the credit goes to their original and rightful artists!
